The Advanced Leadership Development Program trains select groups of emerging young Jewish leaders with the skills and knowledge necessary to undertake serious leadership roles within the Jewish community. It is an eight-month program that includes lectures, workshops, and social gatherings.
Participants have the chance to meet and network with other emerging leaders and together will learn practical knowledge about the inner workings of non-profits, leadership skills and techniques, and how Jewish values and tradition play a role in civic responsibility.
At the end of the program, we work with graduates to help them find their place on committees or boards with a Jewish organization that best meets their interests and needs. The goal of the program is for participants to gain tangible and transferable knowledge, valuable connections and resources, and engage in thoughtful discussions that will enable them to be successful leaders in the Jewish community.
The program is free, but is a significant undertaking that requires commitment and dedication by the participant. Upon graduation, participants will be fully prepared to take on a confident leadership role in both the Jewish and secular communities for life.
